SHIPPING AND RETURNS


FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP

All items purchased online are available for free pick-up at our Showroom.   We ask shoppers to come during Showroom hours Wednesday 11am-5 pm and Saturday 10am-5pm.  If this is not possible, please contact us by email at showroom@elizabethjackson.com or call at 203-857-4009 to set up an alternate time.  There is ample free parking in front of the store. We encourage you to bring blankets, boxes and other wrapping materials to protect your pieces.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Elizabeth Jackson LLC can arrange for shipping and delivery of merchandise at the buyer’s expense within the local Connecticut and Westchester area as well as throughout the United States.  


RETURNS

All sales are final and non-returnable for purchases online on the website, at the Showroom, or at our Estate Sales. Age appropriate wear is part of buying Antiques and Vintage and this notice serves as a Disclaimer that you are buying second-hand goods that may have wear and/or flaws which the pictures cannot always depict but are part of the charm.  NO warranty of any kind implied or expressed is offered. All items are sold AS IS.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. All claims for damaged goods must be addressed directly to the shipping company. EJLLC is not liable for any damage due to packing or transit.  Buyer is responsible for insurance coverage and claims for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise that may occur during shipment.
